2024 - 2025 Religious Education COMBINED Registration/Payment Form - All Ages: Preschool through Grade 8 plus EDGE (Middle School Youth Group)

Registration Fee: $50 first child; $25 for each additional child. We are committed to providing opportunities to all children. I understand that by registering my child (children), I grant my permission to St. Thomas the Apostle Parish to use photographs or videos in which they may appear for any legal use, including but not limited to live streaming events, advertising, promotion and web content.
