Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.
This is Jesus' invitation to discipleship in Matthew 11:28-30.

Diocese of Tucson Vocations Prayer
Heavenly Father, we praise you for providing those faithful priests and vowed religious
who pour out their lives in generous service of others.
We ask that you speak gently into the hearts of those you call today to priesthood or vowed religious life.
Through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, help these chosen sons and daughters to hear your loving call in our homes and our parishes, so that they may respond with faithful and loving hearts.
We also ask that you use each of us, in whatever way you choose, to help make your call known, so that ministry may be abundant in the Diocese of Tucson, our loving home.
We make this prayer in faith, through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
There are jobs - and then there is a calling. At the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson, we understand the desire for something more. We believe that calling comes from God and manifests as our desire to do His will on earth and in our community. If you have been looking for something more, a mission or purpose, perhaps God is calling you to work or volunteer for the Catholic Church.
Our mission is simple: get to Heaven and bring as many people along as possible.
We each have different God-given talents and strengths. What better way to glorify God than to use those gifts in supporting His Church? We are ministers, educators, creators, and servant leaders. It takes many types of people to accomplish the work of the Diocese of Tucson.
The Diocese of Tucson employs over 1,500 individuals in the nine counties of Southern Arizona, in service of 400,000 Catholics and counting.
Join us in serving the diverse and dynamic people of the Diocese of Tucson on their own journeys towards Heaven.
