*Adrian Dominican Sister Lois Paha is the Director of Pastoral Service and oversees the Offices of Formation and Liturgy for the Diocese of Tucson. She has more than five decades of experience in diocesan and parish ministry.
Since 2005, Sister Lois has served as the Director of the four-year Common Formation Program for the Permanent Deacon and Lay Ecclesial Ministry candidates for the Diocese of Tucson as well as coordinated the program of teaching, administration and teamwork to provide formation for more than 200 parish ministers in the Diocese of Tucson.
Early on, Sister Lois was an elementary educator and administrator, Vocation Team Member for her religious community and Lay Ministry Coordinator at the parish level. Before coming to Tucson, she served for sixteen years as the Worship Office Director in the Diocese of Austin, TX.
Sister Lois holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, a Master of Arts Degree in Theology/Liturgical Studies from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN, a Master of Arts in Teaching Religion from St. Michael’s College, Winooski, VT and a Bachelor of Science degree from Siena Heights University, Adrian, MI. A native of Chicago, IL, Sister has ministered in Michigan, Arizona and Texas.

*Anne Morales is a native of Tucson and a grateful adult convert to Catholicism. Anne has been married to her husband, Mike for 41 years and is the proud mother of Amy (Austin) Baum and Drew (Adrienne) Morales; she happily spoils her four grandchildren – James, Charles and Gloria Baum and Michael Morales.
Anne graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Education in 1980 and College of Law in 1984. Her law practice specialized in financing both single family and multifamily affordable housing projects as well as school and university projects.
In 2019 Anne was appointed as Chancellor of the Diocese of Tucson. Anne volunteered as the youth minister at Saints Peter and Paul Parish for over 20 years and was blessed to take hundreds of young people to see the Pope at seven different World Youth Day pilgrimages across the world.
Anne joined the Board of Catholic Community Services in 2017 and serves on the Board of the CCS Foundation.

*Robert (Rob) was born and raised in Lockport, IL. He was the third generation of his family to attend his parish school, St. Dennis. He graduated from an Augustinian high school, Providence Catholic in 1989. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1998 and a master’s degree in 2004 from Lewis University which is run by the Lasallian Christian Brothers.
While in college he began working in retail at the regional office of Toys R Us before switching careers to higher education administration. He spent a dozen years in various administrative leadership roles at Catholic universities in the Chicago area.
His wife, Amy, is a Physician Assistant in dermatology; Rob and Amy have been married for over 20 years. They have three sons: Channing, who resides in Illinois; Evan, who lives with his wife, Kimberley in Phoenix; and Daniel who lives at home.
Rob is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending time in nature and loves digging deeper into the treasury of the Catholic faith. He is presently Director of Religious Education for St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.

*Ed was ordained a Roman Catholic Deacon for the Diocese of Tucson in June 2003. Bishop Gerald Kicanas officially assigned Deacon Ed to St Thomas the Apostle Parish where he continues to serve as Pastoral Associate and Director of Youth + Young Adult Ministries. Areas of ministry also include Sacramental Duties, Pastoral Counseling, Spiritual Direction, Death Row Ministry. He is a guest speaker from time to time at numerous organizations.
Deacon Ed is a former Grand Knight of KofC, a Business Corporate Executive (President & COO), and owned and operated a business for 17 years.
His lovely wife of 31 years is Anne Marie. She is a certified LPC Clinical Therapist working in the mental health field. They have two children: Ryan and Christen.
